to [File]-[Print Preview].

It should be noted that this already works under Mac OS X on the Fizzilla
builds. Perhaps it's a systemwide function provided by the OS. If so, Mozilla
shouldn't interpose its' own.

Please note this is not a dup of bug 107562 is that bug is for navigator only.

Nominating for Mozilla 1.1 as now print preview is working in Navigator then it
shouldn't be too hard to add it to MailNews, Address book and anywhere else that
has a print function. It's probably a bit too risky to implement this for 1.0
though.
