Steps to reproduce:

using youtube while my Firefox and YouTube is set in English

Actual results:

Every Chinese comment on youtube have a "READ MORE" bottom but most of them shouldn't have this bottom because it doesn't show up while Firefox or YouTube, one of it aren't set in English.

Expected results:

It doesn't happen while using Chrome or other browsers.

Hi osl,
I was not able to reproduce this on the latest Firefox versions.
In my case, even when I had both Youtube and Firefox in English I did not have the "Read More" buttons displayed for Chinese comments.
Can you please try to disable your addons and check it again? Here is how to do that: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
If that still did not solve your issues, please consider a new profile as well: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles

Every Japanese comment on youtube have a "READ MORE" bottom but most of them shouldn't have this bottom.

Expected results:
I have used the troubleshooting mode or created a new profile, but I still have a problem.
It doesn't happen while using Chrome or other browsers.

Hello everyone!

This issue seems to be affected by the font
This issue occurs in Meiryo with large font widths, but works as intended in Meiryo UI with narrower font widths.

I believe I can reproduce this in this report.
