Steps to reproduce:
0. Prerequisite: Set Windows10 System language to Japanese
- Open youtube video
e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BV_dl_cU-I - Scroll down
Actual results:
The Read more link appears if set Youtube language to English(US) even though all the comment contents are visible, and in addition an unexpected scroll bar appears if set Youtube language to Japanese.
Expected results:
There should be no Read more link and scrollbar if all the comment contents are visible.

FWIW,
Setting font.name.sans-serif.ja to ＭＳ Ｐゴシック, 游ゴシック or other appropriate font solves the problem.
OR
Remove Meiryo, from font.name-list.sans-serif.ja solves the problem.
