Steps to reproduce:

When printing emails using the File->Print menu option, even though
one can select other printers or choose to print to a file, in fact the
print job always goes to the default printer.

Tried repeatedly to print to file or to non-default printer but all print jobs went to default printer.

Actual results:

All print jobs went to default printer, even when printing to a file.

Expected results:

I verified that printing to other printers or to a file, using the
same system dialog as thunderbird, works with other mail programs
(balsa) and with other non-mail programs. Printing to non-default
printers or files fails only with thunderbird.

However, in thunderbird, if one first selects File->Print
Preview and from there chooses to print to a non-default printer or
file, that does work and is the current work-around.
