1704873 - Update the WebRTC microphone and camera icon used in the tabstrip

Bug 1702285 landed most of the tabstrip icons but the WebRTC camera and microphone icons still need updating.

The camera icon was already updated in bug 1702837, because at the time the other icons hadn't yet been made available. I'll use this bug to do the rest of the WebRTC icons.

This bug will update the following icons:

• browser/themes/shared/notification-icons/microphone.svg (microphone.svg)
• browser/themes/shared/notification-icons/microphone-detailed.svg (microphone.svg)
• browser/themes/shared/notification-icons/microphone-blocked.svg (microphone-blocked.svg)

The rest of the WebRTC icons landed in bug 1702837, since they were available sooner.

Unless the Figma document was not updated with the landed icons, we still do not match it as it is now.
The webcam icon is somehow similar to the one in figma (still not the same) while the microphone icon's height should be modified.
Attached the comparison with Figma.
Please let me know if this is acceptable as it now or not.

I'm somewhat certain that the icons are supposed to be 16x16, regardless of what's in Figma. Can you confirm, KatieC?

By the height, I was also indirectly referring to how the icon looks in comparison with the one in Figma. The one landed is definitely not the same with Figma nor does it look that good in my opinion. Is this the one we go on with?

This is the only microphone SVG we received, so it's the one I believe we're going with.

Icons are 16 x 16 - correct.
It seems that our new microphone icon maybe isn't proportionally a strong match with the new camera icon. UX will review, thanks for flagging. This is not considered to be blocking at this time.
