This is a META bug for the QA team to track all issues found during the testing efforts in PI-1040. This META bug will also be used to track internal team metrics and will be closed once the experiments will be signed off.

The Phase 3 experiment suffered a few changes and the work will be tracked in different PIs and recipes. For now, we have another QA meta bug: Bug 1723498.
Considering this, I will mark this meta as resolved.
