Let's close this. Quick suggest is now in m-c, which was the original purpose of this bug, and it's been shipping for a while now. If/when we need to track specific quick suggest bugs as a group, we can file new meta bugs like we did for the best match MVP, bug 1723160. Other quick suggest bugs can live on their own without a meta bug.
