User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:88.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/88.0
Steps to reproduce:
There seems to be no way to use WeTransfer paid service. Your FAQ states "For the free service of WeTransfer, the file which you uploaded via Filelink will be available for download for 7 days. If that’s too short, you can sign up to their paid service". However there is no option to enter paid account details when selecting WeTransfer in the Attachment options.
Actual results:
Select WeTransfer in Attachment options. That's is. Done. No option to enter personal WeTransfer account details.
Expected results:
When selecting WeTransfer in Attachment options, one should be given option to enter personal WeTransfer acount details (just like you did for Box).

Thanks Kevin, that's right, unfortunately that's the situation atm - Thunderbird users cannot use the paid version of WeTransfer.

I am using instead sendbig.com which offers the same service of we transfer PRO but for free and there is more additional features like sending 30GB of files for free. Give it a try

We're removing WeTransfer in bug 1705109.
Now using SendBig which offers the same service of we transfer PRO but for free and there is more additional features like sending 30GB of files for free. Give it a try!!
TB 78.12.0 not showing option to use sendbig. Cannot see how sendbig operate free service. Perhaps give us some assurance of the sendbig service when you update you KB https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/filelink-large-attachments
I just updated to 78.13.0 and now there aren't any FileLink services!!!
Apart from in the add-ons directory. And even in there, no SendBig add-on.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/filelink-large-attachments still refers to WeTransfer.
This is getting very tiresome.
Please give us a consistent FileLink service. pCloud would be good as that also has native sync for Linux.

(In reply to Magnus Melin [:mkmelin] from comment #7)
Thomas, please update the docs ^^^
I've updated "Filelink for Large Attachments" SUMO article for TB91 to remove multiple references to the previously built-in support for WeTransfer and added description how to install FileLink Provider addons:
