Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start Nightly90.0a1 with new profile
  2. Open an unbookmarked web page, so that Bookmarks toolbar will automatically hide
  3. Click star icon

Actual Results:
Bookmarks toolbar appears.
The bookmarks toolbar does not automatically hide unless you switch tabs.

Expected Results:
Bookmarks toolbar should not appear.
