After Bug 1710933, downloads made with LaunchWithApplication are saved to the Downloads directory instead of the temp folder.
This issue looks at making it so these files get saved to the user's preferred folder destination (as configured on the OS).

Please respect browser.download.* prefs instead of using the Operating System default blindly.
