Steps to reproduce:
Upgraded Thunderbird to 90.0b1
Actual results:
No content of any message in the reading window
Showing details states: Exception... "Cannot modify properties of a WrappedNative" and some more
The problem is that I just restored all my e-mail data from this morning and reverted to version 89.0.b4 and then the error disappeared. But also any chance for me to copy paste the exact error message.
But the fact is that none of my e-mails could be rendered anymore in the reading pane using the vertical view.
The only way to access e-mail content is to open in the classic viewer.
Expected results:
The expected result was that all my e-mails should be rendered.

This makes me suspect that the error could be related to the Thunderbird conversations plugin that I have installed (version 3.2.17) from 12 April 2021

Yes it would be from tb conversations in that case. Please reopen if you can reproduce in -safe-mode.

Please see https://github.com/thunderbird-conversations/thunderbird-conversations/issues/1652 - Conversations is not guaranteed to work with the beta versions of Thunderbird, although we do try and keep it working there.
A new version has been posted for approval on the add-ons site and should hopefully be released in the next few days.
