User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0
Steps to reproduce:
I have reinstalled my OS a few weeks ago. Before doing that i have copied Thuderbird profiles from both Roaming and Local AppData (mail is stored on another drive that was not touched). After fresh installing and running Thuderbird i have closed it and deleted default folders it has created and copied my saved folders. Have opened Thunderbird and it seemed to work ok.
Actual results:
I have tried to click on root Sent or Archive folders. It didn't show the contents of these folders as it should (unified view from different accounts). Sometimes i see Searching... in the statusbar.
Expected results:
When i click on Sent it should show all sent emails from all my accounts in the unified view, just like it still does for Inbox and Trash. It also should have showed all archived messages. Now i have to go inside and click on a single account Sent folder or an archive folder for a year to see messages. I have used such backup and restore process in the past numerous times. And i used the same for Firefox browser after this reinstall of OS. Haven't noticed issues with Firefox yet. What i have noticed that Thunderbird creates two profile folders, one with default-release suffix and another with default suffix. Firefox is not doing this. Wonder if Thunderbird is still somehow tied into these default profiles that don't exist anymore. Also, when i start Thunderbird in Local AppData, in profile folder it creates .startup-incomplete file.
Last time i was checking Sent and Archives was maybe a few months ago, so i am not sure if this happened after the OS reinstall, but i assume so.
Maybe this is still some bug. Or maybe it was caused by migration and maybe it should work better in such scenario. Or is there another place it stores such data in (registry, temp folders)? Any way to reset this state and make all unified view folders to work again (except for deleting all settings)?
Drafts also seems to be affected. Only root Inbox and Trash folders still work and show unified view.

If you copied everything but the profile location is different then you could see a problem.
Did you solve it?
