It is confusing when updating a Root Case to "In Detailed CP/CPS Review" and the error says that not all items are verified, because it is also checking the Case page. Update the error to say so:
Mozilla Request Status "In Detailed CP/CPS Review" can only be selected after all of the Verified fields are either "Verified" or "Not Applicable" on the Case, Root Case, and Policy Documents.

‘Approved Pending, Inclusion’ and ‘Approved, Pending Inclusion and EV’ should rollup to the Case as follows:

  • If all Root Cases applicable to Mozilla are ‘Approved Pending, Inclusion’, then update ‘Mozilla Request Status’ on Case to ‘Approved Pending, Inclusion’
  • If all Root Cases applicable to Mozilla are ‘Approved Pending, Inclusion’ or ‘Approved, Pending Inclusion and EV’ then update ‘Mozilla Request Status’ on Case to ‘Approved, Pending Inclusion and EV’

Add ‘Ready for Public Discussion’ Mozilla status

  • After ‘In Detailed CP/CPS Review’, before ‘In Public Discussion’

This is being done as part of the redesign of the work flow for root inclusion cases in Bug #1737866.
