1718227 - Mixed font size selections not represented in the UI

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a new HTML message composition.
2. Set the font size to Small.
3. Type some text.
4. Set the font size to Large.
5. Type some more text.
6. Select all.
7. Open either Format -> Size or the toolbar font selector.

Result

The Small font size is checked, and none of the others are.

Expect

None of the font sizes should be checked. This is a mixed selection, in other mixed cases (like mixed font), none are checked.
