Steps to reproduce:

I delete ~/.cache/thunderbird and ~/.thunderbird, then start TB91.0.3. It proposes to setup an account. I create an email account, username aaa@aegee.org, pw abc → Continue. → “Configuration found at email provider” → Done. Now I select “Connect to an LDAP address book”.

Actual results:

The new dialog is called “New CardDAV Addressbook”.

Expected results:

When I want to create a new LDAP address book, TB shall not try to create a CardDAV addressbook.

Now I select “Connect to an LDAP address book”.

This is in account settings?

OTOH, Sounds like bug 1727737. It should fixed in version 91 in a couple weeks.
