Changes:

• The new monochromatic themes are listed on about:addons#themes following current UX conventions
• Order of representation of themes on about:Addons#themes
  • Enabled theme is always first
  • Light theme
  • Dark theme
  • System theme
  • Color themes listed by groups of color
    • Color 1 variant 1
    • Color 1 variant 2
    • Color 1 variant 3
    • …
    • Color 4 variant 1
    • Color 4 variant 2
    • Color 4 variant 3
  • Recommended themes
  • Replace “Find More Add-ons” button with “Find More Themes” (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-CA/firefox/themes/)

Figma spec: https://www.figma.com/file/blhdnzQOhWYKcdiCzywMuG/MR2-Onboarding. The strings aren't final, but afaik the idea of adding a new section for these themes is safe to work on.
