User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:92.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/92.0

Steps to reproduce:

If first attached file has met following conditions:
First character is in cyrillic (charset=windows-1251), file encoding is ANSI, last line is just TAB and the file is first to be attached in Thunderbird when writting new message.

Actual results:

Files attached after this file got merged with it. The recipient will get one file with the name of the first attacheed file in the message in which there will be other
attachments if any encoded in base64

Expected results:

Recipient recived separate files.

Thanks for reporting, can you please download a nightly from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/nightly/latest-comm-central-l10n/thunderbird-94.0a1.en-US.linux-x86_64.tar.bz2 and try to reproduce it? I think it's fixed in bug 1729437

Yes, in thunderbird-94.0a1.en-GB.win64 attaching files works correctly.
