Chat account setup is very glued on. We should move the chat account setup into a (the?) account setup tab.

Good stuff!
I think this should be at first be in its own tab, but using the same accountSetup.css
file to keep a consistent style.
Later we can think about having a unique tab that can accommodate all setups (existing email, new email, chat, calendar, etc), but I think for now it's easier to keep them in separate tabs.
What do you think?

Martin had written some info about this in a planning document:
Replace current chat account setup wizard with a reworked flow in a tab. The flow should better accommodate accounts that don't require a password to sing in. There might also be chances to offer account protocol detection to simplify the flow. Add dynamic interactions with the protocol like deciding what auth methods to offer based on the server or reading back the username after a web login flow.

Related ideas are also to detect available chat servers when setting up an email account based on features of the protocol (.well-known in Matrix, SRV in XMPP) or to allow creating a new Matrix account from within Thunderbird.
Should also offer steps to set up encryption with the protocol.
