Secondary text in Firefox is usually primary text with lower opacity. UX has asked that we make secondary text in the new theme perfect to the spec.

There have been no complaints about the current secondary text. The fewer custom colors we use, the easier these themes are to maintain. I'm closing this WONTFIX.
