Preconditions

• Select one of the Balanced themes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Sidebar and select the History tab.
2. Click on the "View" button.

Expected result

• The colors from the background and text from the dropdown have different colors.

Actual result

• The colors from the background and text from the dropdown have similar colors. and it's hard to read.

Regression range

I can't reproduce this issue with the fix from bug 1734716 applied. Oana, are you able to reproduce this on the latest Nightly?

On latest Nightly (2021-10-12) using macOS 10.15 I can't reproduce it. But I can still reproduce it on beta.
