Steps to reproduce:

It's not possible to print several mails at one time.
In former Versions ist was possible. Print dialog appeared only once and printed
all messages with the same preferences.
Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Select two (or more) emails.
  2. Select "Print" from File menu.
  3. ist is not possible, because the button is grey.

Actual results:

When marking two or more mails, the "Print"-Button is grey and printing is not possible.

Expected results:

TB should print all marked mails ad once, with the same preferences for all.
