Version 91.2.1 No longer can I open an attached PDF file while composing an email prior to sending.

Steps to reproduce:

Prior to TB Ver 91.x.x While composing an email and after attaching a PDF file I was able to click on the PDF file and open it to verify that the document I attached is the correct document that I would be sending. Now in TB 91.2.1 when I click on the attached PDF file during composition of the email I receive the following error message:
C:\Users\BOB MAIN\Documents\RELEASEFORM.PDF could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the association in your preferences.

Only after I send the email can I go to the Sent Folder and click on the PDF file and it will display the contents.

Actual results:

Expected results:

I should be able to open a PDF file that attach to an email during the composition stage as I was able to do prior to TB Ver 91.x.x
