For fixing bug 1376091, I fixed long standing bugs, bug 1743339, bug 1743346 and bug 1744580 for making some Linux users who love Emacs like key bindings with system settings. However, bug 1743339 and bug 1743346 were landed too late to make them enabled by default. Therefore, I disabled the fixes by default except in the Nightly channel. Now, we should ship these fixes in the Beta/Release channels too.

They are enabled only in the Nightly channel, and bug 1744580 is the only one
regression report for them. Therefore, I think that it's fine to enable them.

Should this be uplifted to Firefox 96? All the mentioned bugs landed in 96, and there is a release note at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/96.0beta/releasenotes/

I think that they should be tested in next Beta cycle by the testers widely. Some users who customize their native key bindings in the system settings should enable the prefs by their hand if they want. I don't think that we should take the risk to change the behavior only for some Linux users within the remaining time for the next release.
