1748178 - Mail&News' start.xhtml: "We" link broken

suite/mailnews/content/start.xhtml (in comm) currently includes a link that points to https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Projects/MailNews, which is now missing (404).

This is defined in suite/locales/en-US/chrome/mailnews/start.dtd (see bug 1140353).

As discussed on IRC, one possibility would be linking to the "Get Involved" page (which this patch does).

Another possibility mentioned was to remove the link instead. Should we evaluate whether the link or the paragraph need to be reworded or removed?
