1751721 - Ship OffscreenCanvas for the Zoom web client

Once bug 1749323 and bug 1751205 land, we can turn on OffscreenCanvas for Zoom domains. This will grant users access to gallery view on Firefox.

Turns out we need bug 1746750 as well for it to work properly. The lack of text isn't an issue, no console errors from my attempts at using it in meetings.
