There's a strange MOZ_SUITE thing in here, and some platform ifdefs. The former just needs removing (if seamonkey needs something else, they can override the CSS in the usual way, or suggest we move the CSS to toolkit places not included by suite that still affect all the stuff we need it for - CC :frg for this); the latter needs replacing with media queries.
