missing strings in 96.0.1
Remote l10n spotlight was only added in bug 1733623 for 95, but there was also a regression fix bug 1749644 uplifted to 96.0.2.
To maximize impact, we'll be targeting 95+ excluding the versions with the regression.

Looks like the behavior in 96.0.1 is that no strings are shown similar to bug 1761347 as if the remote strings didn't exist.

Fixing with https://github.com/mozilla/messaging-system-inflight-assets/pull/231/commits/6973f4b04f616d3c3386f90c1421a2680dac4124 changing targeting from 94+ to 95+ excluding 96.0 and 96.0.1
