Many sites use video.js as a video player. Some examples include:

  • Wired.com
  • Udemy
  • PBS
  • ABC News
  • Funimation

Rather than supporting multiple sites for pip subtitles/captions via multiple video wrappers, we could instead try supporting the video player they use.

SonyLiv appears to be another Video.js site.
