within the page, I can right-click to cancel if I'm dragging a url or some text,
however dragging a link from my sidebar to the page doesn't allow right-click
cancellation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open sidebar
2. click and hold a bookmark
3. drag to the browser window
4. right-click

Actual Results:  
bookmark loaded

Expected Results:  
cancel drag

The download sidebar is a phoenix component, so I figured I'd bring it up here.

Also, I'm assuming that right-clicking within the sidebar to move the dragged
item and still keep it held is an intended feature.
I can confirm this behavior with relatively recent nightlies:

Confirming, although I cannot abort such a drag within a page either.
