+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1696513 +++

Once we build all macOS variants of Firefox with the macOS 13 SDK in CI (bug 1773741) we should update our configure file to require the macOS 13 SDK and update the docs. Refer to bug 1696513 and the attached patch to see an example of the required changes.

This bug addresses step 3 in bug 1773739 comment 0.

The downside is that this will require Xcode 14, which requires macos 12.4. The best macos 11.x can get is SDK 12.1. I, for one, haven't upgraded to macos 12, and I suspect a lot of people haven't either.
