Build 1999110108M11: Win32/NT4
Overview: In the Account Settings dialog, go to the Copies & Folders panel and
notice that the combo boxes in the right pane have no down arrows.
Steps to reproduce:
1. In Mail select Edit/Account Setup
2. In the Account Settings dialog select an account
3. Double click onto the account so "Server" and "Copies & Folders" sublevels
appear.
4. Select "Copies & Folders" and view the right pane.
Actual Results: Notice that the area to the right displays text box for the
folders. It is not obvious that there is a combo box. If this area is selected
it displays a list of folders. If a folder is selected then the combo box
displays correctly with a down arrow so it's only a problem with the default
display.
Expected Results: What looks like a text box should actually display as a combo
box with a down arrow key by default.
Additional Information:
- Linux: The combo boxes display by default.
- Mac: The combo boxes display by default.

Can you make the dialog wider, see if you see the arrows? I think they are
there, but the dialog is too small or the combo box is too wide.

so as it turns out, the problem is really that the select widget shows the #Name
rdf arc, which makes the widget really large, which makes the arrow disappear
and on windows and mac, dialogs are not resizable.
We have to fix the #Name problem first, then this problem may just go away.

Build 1999120108M12: NT4
I noticed with this build that combo boxes appear but the down arrows are not
displayed.
Additional Information:
Linux and Mac continue to display the combo boxes with down arrows as before.

Seth, is this yours now that you've changed this to use menus rather than
comboboxes?

I've got a fix coming soon that makes these look like buttons and not
green/red/blue boxes.
I figured out what css changes I need to do that, and I'm seeking checkin
permission.
