Once all "supernova" icons are in place, we can do a huge clean up and delete all the old SVG and PNG icons, and overrides.

We should also consider moving all the icons outside the /new/ subfolder, as those will just be the actual icons.
Maybe we can do this in a separated bug, running a script to make sure we migrate the mercurial history.
