Summary: Selecting an element in a XUL popup on the personal toolbar does not trigger anything. To Repro: Launch Apprunner. Select 'Bookmarks' or 'Channels' from the personal/bookmarks toolbar. Select any menuitem. Expected behavior: selecting a menuitem in this manner should launch the corresponding url. Actual Behavior: Absolutely nothing. well almost. The menu dismisses but nothing else happens. There is no feedback in the console window, nada. Platform Info: This bug was tested on all with the 1999110208 builds. It reproduces on MacOS8.5 and WinNT. It works fine on Linux RH6.

Marking [DOGFOOD], M11, because this is a regression from M10.

wait, the personal toolbar doesn't have to work for dogfood? what?!?
wait 2 - portions of the personal toolbar do work, but mamking the bookmarks folder access work on that bar is not dogfood. Per definition of dogfood it's not as there are other minimally more painful ways to accomplish the same thing e.g. via Edit Bookmarks window and Bookmarks menu.

Linux: if you click your way to the submenu, it works if you drag, it fails silently per mac and win32 as described above.
