These are all the items to remove:

  • File
  • Go
  • Message
  • Events and Tasks
  • Quit

These have a lot (like a LOT!) of JS and XUL command code duplicated and intertwined with the main Menu Bar, so we need to carefully remove it and make sure the commands in the menu bar are not affected.
