Parsing for attributes scriptminsize and scriptlevel has been disabled by default in bug 1772697 (Firefox 103). Not sure when we can actually just remove these preferences but when we can, we will be able to simplify some stuff, especially in servo/components/style/properties/cascade.rs where we can assume mScriptMinSize and mScriptSizeMultiplier are just the default constant.
