They have been disabled on Nightly for a long time without regressions,
let's try this (but keep the prefs for now in case we need to).

Docs work for this appears to have been done
- release note for this was added in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Releases/103
- browser compatibility data was updated to mark this as not supported in FF (or anywhere)
