We want to rename the pref browser.privacySegmentation.enabled to browser.dataFeatureRecommendations.enabled . The current pref name does not properly reflect the setting and is confusing for both users who use about:config and developers.

Note that this inverts the logic too. browser.dataFeatureRecommendations.enabled set to true means users opt into recommended features / settings, where previously true meant more control.

I have verified this task and I can confirm that the browser.privacySegmentation.enabled pref was renamed to browser.dataFeatureRecommendations.enabled with the false default value.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (106.0a1 Build ID - 20220908213354) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.6.5, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64.
