1789800 - Focus via F6 not indicated on message pane

STR

1. Press F6 repeatedly in 3-pane mail tab until focus is on message list.
2. Press F6 again and try to verify visually where the focus is.
3. For comparison, press tab several times after step 1. until focus is on message reader pane.

Actual

• F6 focus on message pane not indicated (maybe we don't set a focus attribute?)
• Tab focus on message pane indicated by dotted focus border (which is barely visible)

Expected

• F6 focus on message pane should be indicated in the same way as tab focus
• Maybe styling of focus border on message pane could be more visible and more consistent with how we usually indicate focus - at least the focus color should be blue? If thick blue border is too striking, maybe solid thin blue border could do.

Bug 370663 looks similar/same, but a bit too old and untidy.

The Tab focus is the toolkit focus (dotted border) on the message.
The F6 focus seems to be inside the message (there the cursor is). For example I opened this bug through the link in the needinfo message by clicking on the link. When I now go back to TB by clicking on an empty space in the folder pane and now use F6 the focus in the message is now on the link which has now the focus ring.

So the F6 doesn't focus the same element like the Tab.

I noticed today in 115 that this might also happen Table View. I'm not sure what causes this to happen. But 10 minutes of investigation can help identify how to duplicate this.

If this happens to be resolved, it can also be closed after investigation.
