[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Product desire to increase Firefox Home usage with MR

Bug 1778796 added the ability to default check for pin private, so we can do the same for resetting home from colorway.

I have verified this enhancement and I confirm that the "Make Firefox Home your colorful homepage" option is checked by default on the "Colorways" modal if a custom homepage is set.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (107.0a1 Build ID - 20220929214556) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 12.6, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64.

We are still awaiting formal decision to uplift to 106 or not (sounds like decision happening soon after all hands). We landed this on 107 so that it could be verified and ready for uplift given that the last we heard was "with 99% probability we would need to uplift this into beta"
