If I mark an attachment as "first-review +", and then put my name in the next-door box, "to say that I was the person that reviewed it", I get sent an email telling me that I've requested first-review from myself for that attachment. - The box should be disabled unless "?" is selected in the dropdown, because that's the only time it's relevant - It should ignore any submitted contents of the box if the dropdown is not ?.
