On TB 102.3.0 messages deleted from local inbox remain in server inbox despite setting to keep them until deleted from local inbox

Steps to reproduce:
On pop3 account with server port 995 link SSL/TLS plain password set: Keep messages on Server + Delete from Server when deleted from local inbox. No automatic message retrieval set.
Received new message by clicking Retrieve new messages - selected message, clicked Delete, Clicked Retrieve new messages.
Actual results:
Message was no more shown in Local inbox, but if connecting to the same server inbox via Webmail or IMAP or a different Mail client (K9 mail on Android) the "Deleted" message is still present in the Server's Inbox. (Noticed this change after updating from TB 102.2.2 to 102.3.0 on Manjaro stable. Formerly the Messages disappeared in K9 mail after Delete/Retrieve on TB, now they remain present.)
Expected results:
After Deleting a selected message from Local Inbox it should be deleted from the Server Inbox upon the next connection (in my case by manually Retrieving new messages), like it did for several years before this update, freeing up server space. - As suggested by the account settings.

Should be filed under "MailNewsCore" according the Form for filing the bug - cannot find neither 'product' MailNewsCore nor 'component'. Please, help assigning it correctly. Thanks.
