Steps to reproduce:
Go to about:preferences#privacy, and manage the cookie and Web site data. Delete some cookies, and try to save these changes. A confirmation dialog pops up.
Actual results:
The buttons are not functional, and the dialog can only be closed by the window manager controls (x in the title bar).
Expected results:
The buttons should work.
