Please do not close this out of hand. It is broken/missing in TB 102.3.3 (64-bit). An explanation is required.

For a proper bug report you haven't explained in this bug report how it is broken nor what steps you have attempted.

If you are looking for about:config, it is not accessed in Thunderbird in the same way was Firefox. In Thunderbird, you do Settings > General > scroll to the bottom > click "Config editor". See screen shot.

I put it in the other bug report - linked - which one of your contemporaries closed without explanation.

For OSS to work, we need to collaborate, not dismiss each other.
