Clicking a link from the history causes the history sidebar to scroll all the way to the top, causing me to lose track of recollecting my web history.

Expected results:

Disable the behavior of scrolling back to the very top after a result down the list has been selected.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Layout: Scrolling and Overflow' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
