1801669 - Duplicate dropdown arrow on Get Messages button

Steps to reproduce:

Use Thunderbird as normal.

Actual results:

The 'Get Messages' button in the toolbar has 2 down arrows.

Expected results:

The 'Get Messages' button in the toolbar should only have 1 arrow. This bug did not appear in 107 beta.

• still happens with original install from thunderbird.net?
• still happens in ≡ > Help > Troubleshoot Mode…?
• still happens after unchecking ≡ > Settings > General > [ ] Use hardware acceleration when available?

I don't see this on my Daily.
Do you see the same in composer window? There are the same type of buttons on this window.

I can confirm seeing this behavior in 108.0b2 (64-bit), Win10 and macOS13.0.1. Issue occurs with "Get Messages", "Forward", "Mark" buttons, but not "File", and only when toolbar is set to display "Icons and Text" -- other display modes work fine.

The issue still occurs in Troubleshoot mode, with hardware acceleration disabled, and in both the main and compose windows.
