TSAN currently has its own test set defined dating back to when the jobs were first stood up in CI. I've been poking at things on Try and there are a number of test suites that appear to run pretty green without any help needed.

The attached patch removes the TSAN-specific test set and aligns it with the ASAN test configuration. Suites which are currently failing are disabled and I'll eventually file bugs tracking their enabling. This has the advantage of enabling a number of now-passing suites and also allowing the failing suites to be more easily scheduled on Try as we work to green them up.

The main oranges there are in mochitest-remote, but it's a test which is already failing pretty frequently in other suites at the moment, so it doesn't appear to be anything TSAN-specific.
