1807200 - 102.6.1 breaks HTML signature with remote image - when switching identities

On Thunderbird 102.6.1 the remote signature is showed only for the default account.
If switch account during composing of an email or just after press new message, the other accounts signature remote images are not showed.

The bug has been closed as resolved when is not fully resolved.

This additional patch is equivalent to what we did for bug 1803942, I think it's safe to include in esr102 without waiting for additional testing.
