Before :nth-child(An+B of selector list) and :nth-last-child(An+B of selector list) are fully implemented for bug 854148, their parsing and serialization should first be implemented (and disabled by default).

:nth-{,last-}child parsing is disabled by default for now by pref
layout.css.nth-child-selector-list.enabled.
