Bit more complicated because of some internal breaking changes (the generator depends on that) and uniffi 0.21 vs 0.22

appservices is not yet on UniFFI 0.22.
To make this work we patch UniFFI 0.21 to become 0.22 in-tree.
That works for the build.
appservices and Glean will soon update to UniFFI 0.23,
which will make this problem go away and we are more free to update
uniffi_* crates and uniffi itself will be updated less.

The in-tree UniFFI bindings were regenerated with:

./mach uniffi generate
