User story

When watching Hulu live streams, I would like PiP controls to remain reasonably consistent with Hulu video controls.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Playhead scrubber is unavailable in PiP for live streams.
  2. Rewind buttons are unavailable in PiP., but keyboard shortcuts are still available.
  3. Duration is unavailable in PiP.

Thanks to Cieara's work on bug 1807950, this bug works as expected without any additional changes
